DESCRIPTION:

✓  Gas Boiler Maintenance service.

Customer must provide for trader.

✓   Any additional materials and fittings used by the trader customer must pay.

Trader must provide for customer.

✓   Gas Boiler Service must be registered by gas safe engineer 

✓   Check and adjust for correct gas pressure and flow

✓   A flue combustion test

✓   Inspection of your boiler and controls

✓   Visual check for corrosion and leaks

✓   Remove and clean the burner

✓   Check the pilot burner and probes/ cables

✓   Clean the heat exchanger and flue ways

✓   Check for correct ventilation

✓   Check the electrical connections

✓   Run the boiler to check flue effectiveness and functionality

✓   Run the boiler and check for gas leak

✓   All tools use by trader 

✓   Any fitting or screw and sealant 

✓   Electric connection to be done by trader

✓   According to existing fitment
