✓   Any additional materials and fittings used by the trader customer must pay.

Trader must provide for customer.

✓   Certified member of Gas Safe Register, UK traders attend, assess and diagnose all your gas Appliances

✓   Date of the gas safety inspection, the registered engineer's name, ID number, and signature

✓   If the property is managed, the name and address of the managing agent or landlord are required.

✓   Address for the building

✓   Location details and details on each gas appliance and flue

✓   Any issues and the steps necessary to resolve them

✓   confirmation from the engineer that the inspection was correctly carried out and in accordance with the law

✓   Date of the following gas safety inspection due (usually 12 months from the date of issue)

✓   All tools use by trader 

✓   Any fitting or screw and sealant 

✓   Electric connection to be done by trader

✓   According to existing fitment
